Attention all Eastern
Province Longboard Surfers
I am pleased to announce
the Eastern Province Longboard Surfing team for 2008
If you have been selected
for the Eastern Province Longboard Surfing team for 2008.
Please arrange for sports
leave as indicated below.
If anyone selected cant go to the SAs Please
call me immediately so that we can slot someone else in your place.
Please
also e-mail or sms me this weekend to indicate your availability.
The contest is from Saturday
the 26th April 16-30 pm to Saturday 5th May so you have to
be available from Friday 25th April for traveling to Cape Town.
The contest entry fee is
R200.00 and clothing another +- R200 per contestant.
We have made a
provisional booking at the Beach House in Muizenberg for the team. The cost is
R100 per night per person. Saturday 26th thru Friday night 2nd
May (ie 6 nights @ R100 = R600).
Anyone not staying with
the team needs to cancel with me this week or THEY will have to pay for their
accommodation even if they don’t stay there. Any extras need also let me know
this week as there are only limited beds.
I will call a team
meeting soon to collect the money and to talk about the details.
